We are part of Nestlé Health Science and continue to expand our global footprint with a worldwide presence in Clinical Nutrition. The Commercial Operations Executive role is a full‑time, permanent position in the Commercial Operations team. The successful candidate will support the commercial assessment, operational planning and implementation of our global expansion strategy for developed and emerging markets, working with existing Rest of World distributors, subsidiaries and NHSc markets to conduct regular operational reviews and to advance key initiatives.

What will you do?

  • Collect, analyze and validate data to evaluate the commercial potential of new markets and identify any operational market‑entry barriers, recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Liaise with Vitaflo HQ, NHSc and third‑party distributors to provide business‑operational support and ensure successful portfolio introduction and growth.
  • Build strong relationships and ways of working with key functions at Vitaflo HQ to effectively support operational implementation of new market launches and market entry.
  • Manage distributor databases, including data inputting and follow‑up actions.
  • Support evaluation of new or renovated product launches, coordinating with stakeholders for existing distributors.
  • Act as commercial account representative for specific distributors during tender bids, pricing agreements and general support.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc projects related to international launch acceleration and operational efficiencies.

What skills and experiences should you have?

  • Experience working successfully in cross‑functional projects or teams.
  • Experience building relationships and working well with internal and external stakeholders, including in the UK and internationally.
  • Previous experience in a commercial role.
  • Good operational and supply chain understanding.
  • Knowledge of bid bonds and letters of credit is preferred.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel.
  • Strong time‑management, communication and organisational skills that enable effective workload management.
  • A team‑player mindset, while also being self‑motivated.
  • Analytical and proactive mindset.
