Vitaflo (International) Ltd is looking for a Digital Projects Executive to join our Global Digital Team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work on international digital projects that help support people living with rare conditions, their families and the healthcare professionals who care for them. Every project you work on has the potential to make a difference. Our websites and digital platforms help connect patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals with trusted information, resources and support, making digital an important part of how we serve communities around the world.

You'll contribute to the development and improvement of websites, digital tools and online experiences used across multiple countries, while gaining hands-on experience in website development, SEO, analytics, accessibility and digital project delivery within a supportive and collaborative team.

What you'll be doing

  • Helping to improve the digital experience for patients, caregivers and healthcare professionals by ensuring our websites and digital resources are accessible, accurate and user-focused.
  • Supporting a range of digital projects, including website launches, accessibility improvements and SEO/GEO initiatives.
  • Working with colleagues across different teams, countries and external development partners.
  • Updating and maintaining website content through our content management systems (CMS).
  • Assisting with project planning and coordination to help keep projects on track and delivered successfully.
  • Supporting the development of digital tools and workflows using platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
  • Carrying out quality assurance checks to ensure websites and digital content meet high standards for accuracy, compliance and user experience.
  • Monitoring website and digital performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

This is a hybrid role, with approximately 50% office-based and 50% home-based working across the month. All equipment will be provided.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is curious, organised and enthusiastic about digital technology. You may be a recent graduate, have some digital marketing experience already, or be looking to build your skills in a broader digital role. Ideally, you'll have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business or a related subject.
  • An interest in websites, digital marketing and technology.
  • A basic understanding of website platforms, content management systems and how websites work.
  • Some knowledge of SEO, website analytics or digital performance measurement.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with different teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

It would be beneficial, but not essential, if you have experience or awareness of:

  • Google Analytics.
  • Power BI.
  • SharePoint.
  • Power Apps.
  • Power Automate.
  • Drupal or other CMS platforms.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Accessibility, GDPR or digital compliance requirements.
