Vitaflo (International) Ltd are currently looking to recruit a Junior Product Manager on a Fixed Term Contract to join in summer 2026. As part of our global marketing team, you'll be given the opportunity to support our robust innovation and renovation pipeline and help manage international product launches.

  • Product line management, working in close partnership with the Global Product Manager, operations and commercial teams around the globe to bring products to market.
  • Be the marketing point of contact in project meetings.
  • Lead the internal communication in and out of Innovation and renovation (I&R) project teams at agreed touchpoints.
  • Manage Marketing owned I&R documents to keep up to date and accurate for use by the project teams.
  • Assist in the collation of data to support launch governance process.
  • Product Lifecycle management, working in close partnership with the Global Brand Managers to conduct portfolio rationalisation exercises and execute actions required to successfully manage to completion.
  • Responsible for maintaining product launch tracker dashboard and leading regular project status updates to relevant internal stakeholders for cross functional alignment.

This is a hybrid role 50% office, 50% work from home over a month. It is very important that you have great interpersonal skills as a big part of the role involves building relationships with various stakeholders across the organisation globally. Finally, as you will be working on multiple projects, having the ability to prioritise your workload is also important to succeed.

Competitive salary ~25 days annual leave (pro rata for part time) plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down ~ Discretionary bonus scheme (subject to qualifying period) ~ Gym membership/allowance (subject to qualifying period) ~ Employer pension contribution (3% rising to 5% subject to qualifying period then matched to a maximum of 10%).
