The role of Senior Finance Business Partner is an integral part of the commercial finance department and reports directly into the Head of Commercial Finance. Interested applicants must have a proven track record of working at this level and be able to excel in the following areas:
- Be the first point of call to senior leaders across key business departments for financial and strategic insight.
- Ensure leaders are showing cost discipline by challenging thoughts and decisions in a constructive manner with a holistic perspective.
- Build relationships to develop a deep understanding of the business and the drivers of financial performance.
- Provide transparent and actionable budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy.
- Deliver accurate, insightful and timely financial reports to senior stakeholders.
- Develop robust financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision making and optimise business performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identifying risks and opportunities and proactively recommending corrective actions.
- Support ROI analysis and scenario modelling.
- Enhance FP&A processes, leveraging automation and best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
