Management Accountant

Salary: Circa £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)

About the Role
This is a dynamic and demanding role where you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of financial transactions. You will need to be comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and maintaining attention to detail in a high-volume environment.

Our client needs someone with resilience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to take ownership of financial processes. The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications & Experience
* Preferred: AAT, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or QBE with significant experience).
* Experience in accounts payable and general finance functions.
* Strong knowledge of financial reporting and month-end processes.
* Experience using NetSuite (preferred) or similar ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy under strict deadlines.
* Reconcile supplier accounts, process invoices, and manage recharges.
* Execute supplier payments and conduct daily bank reconciliations.
* Support annual audits, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
* Continuously assess and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency.
* Work closely with internal teams, customers, creditors, auditors, and external stakeholders.
