Key Responsibilities
- Own the management accounts, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to support commercial decisions.
- Build and develop robust financial models and provide meaningful business insights.
- Identify financial and operational risks, recommending practical solutions.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Support strategic projects alongside the Finance Director.
- Lead, mentor and develop junior members of the finance team.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and controls.
About You
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
- Proven experience operating as a Senior Accountant or as the number two to a Finance Director.
- Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel skills, with experience building and interrogating complex financial models.
- Previous experience managing and developing team members.
- A proactive, analytical and naturally curious approach, with a genuine desire to add value beyond the finance function.
