Key Duties:
- Managing and developing a small finance team
- Leading the month-end close process and delivering timely, accurate reports to the wider group
- Assisting with forecasting and budgeting activities
- Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations
- Managing VAT, Corporation Tax returns, PAYE settlement agreements, and other statutory returns
- Driving continuous improvement in finance processes through best practice sharing and close collaboration with internal teams and shared services
- Supporting year-end audit preparations and statutory account production
- Maintaining strong financial governance and internal control procedures

- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
