We\’re partnering with a leading retail brand to find a commercially driven finance professional to take the lead on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across their store network.
This is a high-impact role with real ownership – ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations.
Key responsibilities:
* Own the annual budget and long-range planning process
* Lead end-to-end P&L forecasting across all store locations
* Deliver clear, accurate reporting on KPIs, variances, accruals, and risks
* Build robust financial models to support commercial decisions and growth strategies
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across FP&A, retail, supply chain, and marketing
* Identify emerging opportunities and turn them into actionable plans that drive sustainable and profitable growth
* Apply creative thinking when assessing risks, planning scenarios, and exploring strategic options
* Act as a trusted business partner to regional and functional leaders
* Support strategic projects and new investments with sound financial guidance
* Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, fostering development and high performance
