Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organised Vehicle Storage Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a specialist vehicle storage facility. This is a hands-on leadership role managing a small team while ensuring the highest standards of vehicle care, operational efficiency, confidentiality, and client service.
The Role
Reporting into senior management, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the smooth running of a secure vehicle storage operation, coordinating vehicle movements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring exceptional presentation and care standards across the site.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily storage operations and overseeing vehicle logistics
- Leading, supporting, and coordinating a team of five staff members
- Maintaining accurate inventory, movement, and condition records
- Coordinating with internal departments and selected clients
- Ensuring all vehicles are maintained to exacting standards
- Overseeing compliance, insurance governance, and operational procedures
- Monitoring storage capacity, invoicing accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Supporting wider business activities and events when required
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident managing both people and processes within a premium environment. You will possess:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT proficiency and experience with inventory or vehicle management systems

Package
Salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
