We have an exceptional opportunity to join this leading FTSE listed business as a site-based Finance Manager for their leading flagship 'Smart' factory that is undergoing significant capital investment.

Working in close partnership with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in the future development and success of this amazing facility that employs over 400 staff. The role will very much be focused on Business Partnering and as such we are seeking a proactive, driven and autonomous individual who will seamlessly integrate themselves into the senior leadership team providing clear communication around the financial agenda ensuring non-finance stakeholders have the necessary insight to support key operational and strategic decision making.

  • Investment Appraisals

We are looking for the following:

  • Must be fully Qualified - CIMA, ACCA or ACA
  • As this is a site-based role you MUST be happy working 5 days on-site.
  • In line with the above you are likely to live within an easily commutable distance to Ashford, Kent.
  • You will likely have a background within Manufacturing / Engineering / Supply Chain or similar with a good understanding of costing activities.
  • You will thrive in a business partnering capacity with the ability to develop cohesive partnerships with Senior Stakeholders both Financial and Non-Financial.
  • Naturally you will have a demonstrable track record across Financial Control, Reporting, Planning and Analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills is a given and previous SAP (or similar) would be highly desirable.
