Unlike many traditional Finance Business partnering roles you will be an integral partner to the leadership team making a tangible input into the operational and strategic direction of the business. You will likely be a Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) on an upward trajectory with post qualified experience within a Commercial / Analytical / FP&A finance role – likely a Financial Analyst, Commercial Accountant, Commercial Financial Analyst, Finance Business Partner, FP&A Accountant, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst or similar.
