Are you an experienced systems professional with strong SQL skills and a solid understanding of finance and project-based environments? We are seeking a Finance Project Systems Coordinator to take ownership of a business-critical project management and finance system, acting as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for users across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical systems expertise with financial and operational processes, driving continuous improvement and ensuring the system delivers maximum value to the business.
This is a hybrid position, requiring attendance in the Central London office two days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
The Role
As the custodian and subject matter expert for the organisation's project-based ERP system, you will be responsible for the ongoing administration, development, support and optimisation of the platform. You will work closely with Finance, Project Managers and Project Accountants to ensure the system supports effective project delivery, financial control and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary support contact for all system users.
- Acting as the subject matter expert for the ERP system, providing guidance and support to users across the business.
