Responsibilities

• Act as Finance Business Partner to Marketing and Commercial teams.
• Periodic analysis of performance with clear and effective communication to senior leadership teams.
• Work closely to Marketing and Commercial Teams to provide challenge, understanding and insight.
• Long‑term budgeting and strategic planning.
• Evaluate and sign‑off of new and existing initiatives and costings.
• Support teams on margin improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills

• ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified.
• Proven analysis experience in a fast‑paced industry or top tier practice environment.
• Demonstrates strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand key business drivers.
• Ability to business partner and confident in building strong relationships with non‑finance.
• Ability to challenge appropriately and influence at all levels.
• Excellent analysis skills.
• Capable of working in a changing, evolving environment.
