At Vitacress Herbs, we’re proud of our industry-leading glasshouse site, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Agronomist who shares our love for great crops and collaboration.
As our Senior Agronomist, you’ll lead and inspire our agronomy team to deliver healthy, thriving crops. You’ll take ownership of our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programme, address plant health issues, and monitor crop nutrition and fertigation closely. You’ll collaborate with growing teams to optimize conditions, ensuring every plant flourishes. You’ll drive research and development, seek better practices, and push the boundaries of sustainable crop production.
Your responsibilities will include managing audits, improving substrates, liaising with suppliers, and contributing to our innovative horticultural journey.
