About the Role
We're looking for a Production Line Leader to join our Herbs Production team in Runcton.
You'll lead a packing line, support your team, and help ensure products are packed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a production team
- Ensuring production lines are set up correctly
- Meeting production, quality and safety targets
- Monitoring product quality and customer specifications
- Reducing waste and improving efficiency
- Completing production records accurately
- Training and supporting team members
- Working closely with Quality and Operations teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Line Leader, Production Line Leader, Team Leader, Senior Operative or Production Supervisor
- Experience in food production, manufacturing or packing
- Good communication and people skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
