Are you a motivated and experienced team leader looking for a new challenge in a fast-paced food production environment? We are seeking a Team Leader to join our dynamic food production factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a Line to ensure efficient and accurate pacing of fresh produce
- Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene and health and safety compliance
- Monitor workflow and report any issues to management
- Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth productions
About You
- Experience in a previous supervisory role is beneficial
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced setting
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
