Vitacress is hiring a Growing Operative for our Runcton site.

This hands-on role focuses on growing high-quality herbs for customers across the UK, with typical hours 7am–3pm and a 5 days over 7 rota including weekends.

You will sow seeds, monitor crops, maintain hygiene, and help with pest and disease checks.

Full training will be provided; salary is Β£12.90 per hour and paid monthly, with a permanent full-time contract.
