The Role

We are looking for a Harvester Driver to join our UK Leaf Farming team. This role is responsible for harvesting salad crops using a self-propelled harvester, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the full harvest process in line with the daily harvest plan and factory orders.
• Monitor crop specifications and harvest only crops of the correct size and quality, reporting any issues to the Harvest Supervisor.
• Ensure harvested crates are not overloaded to prevent health and safety risks.
• Perform daily checks and maintenance on harvesters.
• Follow all operating procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
• Undertake any other duties as required by your line manager.

Working Conditions

• Farm-based role, working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Physically demanding tasks requiring strength and stamina.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience & Skills:

• Valid driving licence.
• Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks.
• A reasonable level of spoken English for Health & Safety communication.
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.

• Hardworking and motivated.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Safety-conscious and proactive.
