Job Title: Financial Reporting Accountant Location: St Mary Bourne, Andover, Hampshire Salary range: up to £37,000 plus bonus incentive, pension and EAP scheme. We’re looking for an Financial Reporting Accountant to join our team – someone who’s detail-focused, proactive, and ready to make an impact. This is the perfect role for a part-qualified accountant to gain significant exposure to a multitude of finance team functions. The team is small so trust me, your impact will be felt. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate reporting, depreciation, and reconciliations. You’ll work closely with budget holders to manage cost centre forecasts in specific areas, such as Engineering and Hygiene where costs will be more variable, and support with payroll, management accounts, and intercompany reconciliations. Month-end processes will include accruals, IFRS 16 lease accounting, and contributing to leadership KPI reports. Beyond the monthly cycle, you’ll assist with budgets, statutory accounts, and year-end audits. You’ll also support process improvements, capital/revenue analysis for tax purposes, and other key projects. Your focus and love of detail and process will be given the opportunity to shine!
