The Role
We are looking for Seasonal Farm Operatives to join our UK Leaf Farming team. This role is essential in carrying out harvesting and field operations for outdoor salad and herb crops.
Key Responsibilities
- Hand weed crops prior to harvesting.
- Apply nets and fleeces as required based on weather conditions.
- Work on the harvester/trailer during cutting, including crate filling and stacking.
- Assist with cleaning and general farm maintenance as required.
- Undertake any other duties as directed by your line manager.
Working Conditions
- Farm-based role, working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically demanding tasks requiring strength and stamina.

Experience & Skills:
- Physically fit and able to undertake manual tasks.
- A reasonable level of spoken English for Health & Safety communication.
