Overview
We are looking for skilled and motivated Day and Night Shift Machine Operators to support our fast‑paced food production environment. The role involves operating cutting and packing line machinery, maintaining high quality standards, reducing waste, and meeting key KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate cutting and packing line machinery safely and accurately
- Ensure cut herbs are processed to specification before packing
- Check labels, seals, weights and overall product quality
- Meet key daily KPIs, including waste reduction and efficiency targets
- Keep the line running smoothly through strong communication and teamwork
- Maintain excellent hygiene and follow all H&S and Food Safety procedures
- Support Continuous Improvement projects to enhance site performance
Qualifications and Experience
- Skilled machine operator or relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Strong willingness to learn and develop within the business
- Highly motivated with a positive, can‑do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, chilled environment
- Health & Safety awareness (essential)
- Experience in food manufacturing or similar environments (desirable)
