In this role....
- You’ll tackle breakdowns with confidence and carry out planned maintenance to keep our equipment performing at its best.
- You’ll make sure machinery is safe, reliable, and fit for purpose, supporting our Engineering Shift Leader to plan and prioritise work effectively.
- You’ll keep engineering records accurate, update maintenance systems, and follow correct processes when repairing or replacing parts.
- You’ll play a key role in identifying root causes, improving performance, reducing downtime, and sharing knowledge across teams.
- You’ll help us develop better preventative maintenance practices, support safety initiatives, and ensure our plant meets the highest standards.
