We’re looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Logistics Administrator to become a key part of our busy Logistics team at Runcton. If you love working in a fast‑paced environment, have strong attention to detail and enjoy supporting smooth operations, this role is for you.
You’ll help make sure our goods leave site safely, compliantly and on time — supporting us to deliver 100% service levels to our customers.
What You’ll Be DoingYou’ll play an essential part in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. Your day‑to‑day will include:
- Managing daily logistics admin tasks and solving issues as they arise
- Supporting logistics and production teams to meet supply and compliance standards
- Carrying out daily checks on logistics assets and reporting findings
- Liaising with production and planning teams to ensure products are packed on time
- Maintaining accurate logistics paperwork and records
- Helping ensure Health, Safety & Hygiene standards are always met
- Supplying accurate data and investigating any discrepancies
- Supporting audits and maintaining stock levels of pallets and crates
- Keeping systems up to date (including all IFS functions)
- Attending daily meetings and sharing relevant information
- Encouraging a positive, “can do” team culture
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping and hygiene standards
Experience using ERP systems
Strong PC skills and a high attention to detail
Good numeracy and literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
Full driving licence
Experience leading or supporting teams
Some lifting involved (up to 25kg)
Out‑of‑hours on‑call support required
