We’re hiring Machine Operatives to join our Cut Packhouse team at Vitacress Herbs.

You’ll play a key role in setting up and running packing line machinery, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate packing line machines safely and accurately.

Carry out start-up safety checks and maintain compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.

Ensure customer orders are packed correctly and on time.

Monitor and maintain product quality throughout the process.

Help achieve daily KPIs, including waste reduction and efficiency targets.

Keep your work area clean and organised – “clean as you go” is key!

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Machine operation and food manufacturing experience (desirable).

Skills: Health & Safety awareness (essential), attention to detail, good communication.

Attributes: Motivated, proactive, flexible, and a strong team player.

Qualifications: Food Safety (desirable), H&S Awareness (essential).

Working Conditions
