Working Pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday hybrid-working with some travel to London-based customer sites

  • Own the day-to-day performance of key national customer accounts, delivering sales, margin, and KPI targets.

  • Stay close to the numbers—using data and insight to guide decisions and drive performance.
  • Support category reviews, product launches, range changes, and promotions with strong execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with category, innovation, operations, and finance to meet customer needs.
  • Grow your commercial capability, taking on increasing ownership and complexity over time.
