At Vitacress Salads, we're looking for a motivated and hands-on Night Hygiene Team Leader to lead a team of 11 Hygiene Operatives and help maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance across our production facility. What you'll be doing: ✅ Leading and supporting the night hygiene team✅ Planning and coordinating daily and deep-clean activities✅ Ensuring hygiene standards meet HACCP, GMP and BRC requirements✅ Conducting hygiene inspections and allergen swab testing✅ Managing cleaning records and hygiene documentation✅ Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams✅ Training and developing hygiene operatives✅ Driving continuous improvement and food safety standards What we're looking for: ✔ Previous experience in a Hygiene Team Leader, Supervisor or similar hygiene role within food manufacturing✔ Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, BRC and food safety standards✔ Experience leading, motivating and organising a team✔ Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills✔ Comfortable working in a factory environment, including wet and cold conditions✔ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Why join Vitacress?
