Our factory runs at around 5°C (our salads love it cool!), but don’t worry — we provide all the PPE you need to stay warm. You’ll also have access to a great canteen, hot drinks, and a supportive team to keep you going.

- Factory Operative – £26,602.03 (Day) / £30,327.57 (Night): Pack, prep, and keep production lines running smoothly.
- Service Operative – £27,481.09 (Day) / £30,976.40 (Night): Manage stock and materials to keep everything flowing.
- Intake Operative – £29,950.83 (Day) / £33,425.21 (Night): Unload deliveries, check quality, and maintain traceability.
- Despatch Operative – £29,950.83 (Day) / £33,425.21 (Night): Pick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Machine Operative – £32,985.68 (Day) / £36,480.99 (Night): Operate machinery, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe production.
- Hygiene Operative (Nights) – £33,425.21: Deep‑clean production areas, maintain food safety standards, and uphold hygiene compliance.

Please note that Vitacress no longer provides a shuttle bus service to our site. You will need to arrange your own transportation to and from work. Car sharing with a current employee may be possible; however, this must be arranged privately between you and the individual.
