Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Hours: 40 Hours Monday – Friday OR 48 Hours 4 Days on 4 Days off

As our Factory Continuous Improvement Officer, you will step into a hands‑on role where you can shape how we work, support our teams, and drive meaningful change across the factory. You will work closely with production, technical teams and managers to spot opportunities, solve problems, and bring fresh thinking to life.

What you will do:

  • You will support and lead Continuous Improvement projects that make our factory safer, smarter and more efficient.
  • You will dig into data, identify trends and help us make confident, evidence‑based decisions.
  • You will facilitate root‑cause analysis and guide teams to long‑lasting solutions.
  • You will create clear work instructions and ensure changes are trained out and sustained.

What you bring:

  • You enjoy working with people and you’re not afraid to stand up, speak up and challenge when needed.
  • You can manage your own workload, communicate clearly and build strong relationships.
  • Experience in a factory environment helps, and if you understand Lean or Kaizen or 6 Sigma, even better.
