Are you a Project Engineer who wants to bring Projects to Life?
At Vitacress Salads, we’re rooted in care — for our people, our produce, and our planet. As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a hands-on role in delivering real change. You’ll take ownership of planning, installing and commissioning exciting new projects across our site — helping us continue to grow safely, sustainably, and smartly.

- You’ll build strong relationships with contractors, making sure projects are delivered on time, in full and on budget
- You’ll challenge how we do things, always looking for ways to make our processes safer, simpler and more effective
With your electrical and mechanical qualifications, you’ll be confident interpreting CAD drawings and navigating an engineering environment. If you’ve worked in food, drink or pharma, even better — but your problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are what really count.
