Production Operative – Day Shift

Type: Permanent | Hours: Full-Time 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
Shift: 6am – 6pm | Salary Starting At: £25,555.53

Our salads love cool temps! Our factory runs at around 5°C. But don’t worry, we’ll kit you out with everything you need to stay warm. There’s a great canteen, hot drinks, and a solid team around you to keep the energy up.

We’re hiring for multiple key roles on our day shift:

Help keep our production lines running smoothly—packing, prepping, and supporting your team to hit daily goals.

Manage stock, track materials, and make sure everything is where it needs to be.

Intake Operative – £29,615.95 pa

Be the first line of defence, unload deliveries, check quality, and make sure everything is traceable and food-safe.

Pick and prep customer orders. You’ll use our systems to make sure every box goes out right, first time.

Keep the machines running like clockwork. You’ll spot issues early, solve problems fast, and make sure we’re producing safely and efficiently.
