Are you motivated, reliable and looking to join a fast‑paced team in a growing food manufacturing environment? We’re looking for Operatives to join our Operations team in Runcton, helping us deliver high‑quality fresh herbs to our customers every single day. This is a great opportunity to build skills, develop in a supportive environment, and be part of a team that prides itself on quality, efficiency and safety.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Grading, weighing and packing herbs to the highest standards
  • Ensuring all customer orders are met on time
  • Following food safety, health & safety and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Setting up and supporting the production line during your shift
  • Checking labels, weights, seals and pack quality
  • Reporting any issues to your Line Leader, Machine Operator or Shift Manager
  • Keeping your area clean and tidy through “clean as you go” principles
  • Accurately completing all on‑line recording requirements
  • Assisting with continuous improvement projects on site
  • Supporting and motivating others, and taking part in ongoing training and development

You’ll work in a chilled factory environment (PPE available). Noise protection zones in certain areas (hearing protection available).
