- Own the day-to-day performance of key national customer accounts, delivering sales, margin, and KPI targets.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customer contacts across buying, supply chain, technical, and finance.

- Stay close to the numbers—using data and insight to guide decisions and drive performance.
- Support category reviews, product launches, range changes, and promotions with strong execution.
- Work cross-functionally with category, innovation, operations, and finance to meet customer needs.

- Have experience in a commercial, customer-facing role within FMCG, fresh food, or a retail-facing business.
- Have exposure to working with UK grocery or foodservice customers (either directly or as part of a wider account team).
- Have a sound understanding of commercial metrics such as sales, margin and forecasting, with the appetite to deepen this over time.
- Are a confident communicator who builds rapport and manages relationships effectively.
- Are organised, reliable, and detail-focused, with strong follow-through.
