The Role
As a Technical Quality Auditor, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality standards throughout the production process, from raw material intake through to finished product. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that products meet legal, customer, and company requirements while promoting a strong culture of quality and food safety throughout the site.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conducting audits and inspections against Quality Management Systems (QMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP requirements.
- Assessing products throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished goods.
- Identifying, investigating, and reporting quality issues and non-conformances.
- Supporting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Analysing trends from audits, inspections, complaints, and non-conformance reports.
- Completing traceability exercises and mass balance checks.
- Carrying out calibration checks on quality equipment.
- Working closely with Production, Technical, and Management teams to maintain site standards.
- Championing food safety, product quality, and continuous improvement.
