Responsibilities- Provide dedicated executive support to the MD and occasional PA support to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating travel, organising meetings, handling expenses, and ensuring they’re always prepared for what’s ahead.
- Manage key corporate interactions with Grupo RAR, support CEO‑hosted visits, and keep board and leadership calendars aligned and accurate.
- Oversee The Greenhouse (the company intranet), maintain site‑wide communications, and coordinate company‑wide emails and content.
- Support HR with engagement initiatives - energising the site, promoting charity and community activities, keeping noticeboards fresh, and helping bring our culture to life through events and communications.
- Lead the smooth running of reception and general office services, ensuring visitors feel welcome and our environment represents who we are.
- Manage suppliers, budgets, fuel cards, travel systems, and health & safety responsibilities, including First Aider and Fire Warden duties.
- You’ll be the person people trust to organise, resolve, prioritise, and take ownership.
