Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a driven and solutions-focused Supply Planner to help keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll use data, insight, and collaboration to balance supply and demand, optimise inventory, and ensure products are available where and when they’re needed. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll play an important role in improving processes, solving challenges proactively, and helping us build a more agile and responsive supply chain.

Responsibilities will include…

  • End-to-End Supply Chain Flow Management: Oversees the seamless movement of finished goods raw materials/immediately products/packing materials to finished products from manufacturers (CMOs) through to international distribution hubs. Service Excellence: Targets a Service Level (Fill Rate) of 98%
  • Inventory Optimization: Balances the high-availability mandate with the need to minimize trapped working capital, ensuring safety stock levels are lean but resilient. Shelf-Life Management: Proactively monitors product age and 'Best Before' dates to mitigate Slow Moving and Obsolete (SLOB) stock write-offs.
  • Supplier & Relationship Management: Regular operational contact for external manufacturing partners, fostering long-term partnerships. Forecasting & Capacity: Secures production slots and manages manufacturer lead times. Accountability: Drives supplier performance through monthly KPI reviews, focusing on OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and quality adherence.
  • Systems Mastery & Master Data Governance: Utilizes advanced planning tools to execute MRP and automate replenishment triggers. Data Accuracy: Owns the integrity of planning master data, including Lead Times, MOQs, order Multiple, Order Policy, Safety Stock levels.
  • Sales & Operation Planning: Own the end-to-end Supply Planning Review meetings to align stakeholders on constraints, performance metrics, and action plans. Validate the demand signal, accurately accounting for market risks, opportunities, NPIs, and product discontinuations. Own the capacity validation process, manage the Rough-Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP), and execute controlled updates to key supply chain planning parameters. Develop mid- to long-term site supply plans for assigned SKU subsets across multi-horizon buckets (6–12 weeks weekly and 4–24 months monthly) to balance site requirements.

Requirements

Essential:

  • A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or equivalent.
  • Extensive years of experience in Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, or Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
  • Proven experience navigating high-velocity supply chains, with a strong preference for the FMCG, Consumer Health, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of optimizing inventory parameters (safety stock, days of supply) while maintaining high service levels (OTIF) and minimizing shelf-life expiration or obsolescence write-offs.

Desirable:

  • Professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP, or CIPS) is highly desirable.
  • Experience of using advanced planning tools.
  • Experience of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Capability in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation, analytical problem-solving, and scenario modeling.
