Location: North West London, NW2 7HF

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break

Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior management team members. This is a pivotal role requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include…

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior management team members, including diary and travel management.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
  • Manage complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and visa requirements.
  • Act as a key point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft, review, and format correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support project coordination and follow up on action items.
  • Organise company events, meetings, and off-site activities.
  • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency.
  • Any other administrative duties as may reasonably be required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management team members.
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience managing complex schedules and travel arrangements.
  • A proactive, flexible, and can-do attitude.
