Salary: £80,000 per annum + bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet and exceed regional & country sales targets
- Identify and expand into new international markets and optimise existing sales channels
- Align regional strategies with global business goals
- Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to inform product positioning, new product launches and market entry strategies
- Analyse and act on market, sales, channels, category opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key accounts and healthcare professionals
- Negotiate contracts, pricing structures and service terms with international partners
- Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, documentation and product registration requirements in target countries
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams for efficient product delivery and inventory control
- Help drive agreed marketing activation plans for each country through distributors in collaboration with Head of Export Marketing and Marketing Activation Executive
- Advise on promotional campaigns tailored to regional market dynamics
- Drive range expansion and support product launches and digital marketing initiatives
- Customise product messaging and promotional materials in line with regional cultural trends and consumer behaviour
- Lead product presentations, training and education sessions for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Support organising and running of training days, exhibitions and HCP conferences (focussing on gaining CME certification for such events)
- Monitor and report sales performance, market feedback and promotional effectiveness
- Provide monthly reporting, forecasts and business updates to senior leadership
- Liaise with technical team and other support services for product registration, technical documentation and compliance
- Work closely with Marketing, Nutrition and Training to align strategy and execution
- Regular international travel for market development, customer engagement and promotional activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Extensive experience in international sales and export management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, health care or nutrition industry
- Demonstrated experience in commercial sales, business development and marketing activation
- Strong sales and business development acumen with understanding of healthcare regulations, terminology and HCP/KOL engagement
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to implement compelling sales, marketing and medical promotional plans to drive business through distributors
- Fluent in English; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are required
