Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm + 1 hour lunch break
Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.

As part of our commitment to innovation and development, we are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our forward-thinking team. This role’s main purposes will include researching, developing and liaising with internal and external teams to coordinate and deliver new Vitabiotics products and product upgrades for the market. To streamline and improve the efficiency of Vitabiotics’ entire product development process, the manager will act as a hub for a range of departments including QC, Marketing and Design to feed into the NPD process.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development, production and on-time delivery of new products, ensuring liaison across all relevant departments
- Assist in the specification and research of new products, existing product upgrades and ingredients in line with changing market and consumer requirements
- Monitor and project manage suppliers working with the technical and supply teams to ensure launch and go-to-market deadlines are met
- Assist with research on new market opportunities and competitor benchmarking for new product development or upgrades
- Work with Vitabiotics' leading licence partners on range extension and product updates
- Work with design and production teams on product sustainability / environmental packaging projects
- Produce new product collateral, manage information and technical data sheets, and scientific product dossiers
- Assist with any specific product requirements for new e-comm markets
