We’re looking for our next Night Concierge to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents whilst ensuring the upkeep of our premium site offering information on local attractions, and handling enquiries with a focus on creating a seamless and positive experience:
- Front of House / Reception; greet and welcome residents and guests with a warm, friendly and vibrant attitude.
- Maintain the upkeep of our premium site communal areas must be cleaned and maintained to a high standard. Cleaning will account for a significant period of the Night Concierge duties.
- Conduct block walks every 4-6 hours surveying and reporting every area of the building.
- Maintain waste management areas adhering to health standards.
Our Night Concierge must be technologically astute.
