Overview:
Vita Student delivers a premium living experience across its luxury apartments. We are looking for a Night‑time Customer Service Assistant to provide a high‑quality, home‑like service for residents and maintain the site’s standards with a focus on safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Front of house reception: greet students and guests warmly.
- Answer queries and provide local area information.
- Maintain clean and presentable communal spaces throughout the shift.
- Ensure facilities are respected and securely managed.
- Resolve issues or challenges promptly.
- Conduct block walks every 4‑6 hours and report on the building’s condition.
- Refreshment stock replenishment, including coffee, tea, milk, and vending machine products.
- Manage and store parcels so students can easily access deliveries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
- Maintain waste areas in line with health & safety regulations.
Professional Experience:
- Prior customer‑service experience, preferably delivering premium or hospitality service.
- Comfortable with significant cleaning tasks and a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety.
- Technologically adept with multiple software and systems.
Personal Characteristics:
- Experienced in a multicultural environment with respect for diverse cultures and beliefs.
- Excellent communication skills; English is primary, multilingual skills a plus.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities, staying calm under pressure.
