As part of our premium services, we're building a brand new team, including Customer Service Assistants to support our breakfast service.
Our Breakfast Customer Service Assistant
The breakfast period is one of the busiest times at Vita Student. Our Breakfast Customer Service Assistants are responsible for:
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of breakfast foods in a timely manner, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen workspace, often requiring adherence to food safety regulations.
- Effective communication with the breakfast service team.
- Meeting & greeting residents and guests with a warm, friendly and vibrant attitude.
- Monitoring produce stock levels and communicating needs to the site manager; assisting in ordering produce to maintain appropriate inventory.
- Responding to all questions, queries and requests in a helpful manner.
- Ensuring the kitchen and breakfast areas are clean and tidy.
- Deep-cleaning specific equipment or appliances such as fridges & ovens as required.
- Replenishing refreshment stock, such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk and vending machine food products.
- Being the primary point of contact for any potential incident or emergency that may occur onsite.

- Able to carry out tasks that may involve extended periods of standing and repetitive movements, with reasonable adjustments considered where required.
- Flexibility: Our facilities are open to residents 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
