Hourly Pay: £13.00

Weekly Contract: 27 hours per week. 3x 9-hour shifts

Hours: 9pm – 6am

Working Days: The shift patterns will vary week-by-week; therefore, candidates must be flexible to work Monday to Sunday as required.

Training/Induction: Hours will vary during the induction/training period. Overtime may be available during busier periods.

The Opportunity

This is a unique and varied opportunity which combines Cleaning & Customer Service to ensure that our Student Residents’ experience is always delivered to the high standard and luxury that we pride our Vita Student brand on.

Cleaning Responsibilities

  • Cleaning of all public and communal areas.
  • Maintenance and delivery of building standards.
  • Nightly site-walks to ensure that standards are maintained.

Customer Service Responsibilities

  • Single point of contact for all residents.
  • To attend to any query or incident within the residence and resolve the issue promptly.
  • Coordinating the delivery of mail and parcels with residents.

Who are we Looking For?

  • An experienced cleaner or housekeeper.
  • A keen eye for housekeeping with a meticulous approach to cleaning.
  • Able to commit to at least 3x night shifts each week – the day will vary week by week, therefore flexibility throughout the week is mandatory.
  • Have a passion for delivering high-end Customer Service to all our residents and visitors.
