Night-Time Customer Service Assistant - Sheffield
Hourly Rate: £13
Working Hours: 9pm – 6am, 1 shift per week, Monday to Sunday

We are seeking a Night-time Customer Service Assistant to deliver a luxury, home-from-home experience for our residents, ensuring our site and facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional, personalized service to residents by anticipating their needs, offering local information, and handling inquiries to create a seamless experience.
- Greet and welcome students and guests warmly at front of house/reception.
- Be available to answer questions and assist as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of communal areas during the night shift.
- Ensure residents and guests respect the facilities.
- Address issues or challenges proactively, providing solutions.
- Conduct regular patrols every 4-6 hours, surveying and reporting on the building's condition.
- Replenish refreshments and manage vending supplies.
- Manage parcel storage for easy access by students.
- Serve as the primary contact for incidents or emergencies onsite.
- Maintain waste management areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Experience: Experienced in customer service, capable of delivering premium experiences.
- Comfortable with cleaning tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety.
- Technologically savvy, familiar with relevant systems and software.
