Vita Student in Coventry is seeking a Maintenance Operative to ensure the smooth running of our high-standard buildings.
You will respond to maintenance requests across plumbing, electrical, heating/cooling, lighting and furniture, and perform planned and reactive maintenance.
The role is customer-facing, permanent, 42.5 hours per week, with a 9am–6pm Mon-Fri schedule.
Experience with fire alarm and firefighting system maintenance is valued, as is IT literacy and safety compliance.
