Vita Search and Select is seeking exceptional Operations Director-level candidates for a leading UK stay-cation company. This pivotal role provides the opportunity to lead and transform operations across multiple parks in the South of England. As a senior leader, you will hold full end-to-end accountability for the performance, culture, and commercial success of the operation. This high-impact position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking and day-to-day operational management.
The ideal candidate will possess a business ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for each park’s P&L performance, driving sustainable revenue growth, and optimising cost control to achieve both top- and bottom-line targets. In this role, you will provide end-to-end operational leadership, covering all departments including food and beverage, accommodation, activities, maintenance, and security — with an unwavering focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence. You will also act as a strategic contributor, influencing the broader business strategy by translating national objectives into actionable plans that elevate park performance and enhance guest experiences.
About You

Candidate Profile
Vita Search and Select is interested in speaking with Operations or Regional Directors who have the right cultural fit and leadership capabilities, ideally from the hospitality, leisure, tourism, retail, or build-to-rent sectors. We are not looking for holiday park experience. You will need to demonstrate:
- Proven success leading high volume, multi-site, multi-faceted operations
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- A passion for service excellence and team engagement
- Flexibility to travel and stay on-site as required (accommodation provided)
Remuneration
Salary: Upwards of £100,000 basic (negotiable based on experience and suitability)
