A growing construction company based in Woodford is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be working on a range of public sector construction projects and must have previous experience dealing with public sector works and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project costs from tender through to final account
- Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Working closely with project managers and subcontractors
