Looking to start your career in construction? We have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee / Assistant Contracts Manager to join a growing team, with full training and support provided. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn and develop within a fast-paced construction environment. You will be based in our South Woodford office, working closely with an experienced Contracts Manager and alongside a Quantity Surveyor. You will gain hands-on experience on live projects, with occasional site visits to build your understanding of how projects run on-site.
The Role – Trainee / Assistant Contracts Manager
- Support day-to-day operations in a busy office environment
- Work closely with the Contracts Manager and Quantity Surveyor
- Attend site visits and liaise with Site Managers
- Assist with basic health & safety checks and documentation
- Help keep projects organised through admin and coordination tasks
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
What We are Looking For
