Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong background in the construction sector?
We are looking for an ambitious, driven and commercially focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a genuine 360 recruitment role, where you will be responsible for winning new business, managing client relationships and delivering candidates from initial vacancy through to placement.

The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with construction clients.

Identifying and winning new business opportunities.

Utilising your existing construction client network and contacts.

Bringing new clients and vacancies into the business.

Sourcing, interviewing and registering suitable candidates.

Booking candidates into temporary and permanent positions.

Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy through to placement.
*
Growing your own desk and developing long-term client accounts.
*
Negotiating rates, terms and placements.

Working towards individual and team targets.
*
Providing a high level of service to clients and candidates.
