Construction Estimator – Main Contractor (Woodford, London)

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing accurate cost estimates across a range of construction projects
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
  • Producing competitive and detailed tenders
  • Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Supporting the full tender process from enquiry through to submission

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience as a Construction Estimator (main contractor background preferred)
  • Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents
  • Confident communicator with strong attention to detail

📍 Location: Woodford, London
