We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a long-term project based in Oxford. This role is overseeing the construction of a new plant room, so candidates with a strong groundworks background would be highly advantageous.
Site Manager Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Black Card preferred
- Previous experience managing groundworks and plant room projects
- Ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors, clients, and the wider project team
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are completed safely and to programme
