We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager for a long-term project based in Oxford. This role is overseeing the construction of a new plant room, so candidates with a strong groundworks background would be highly advantageous.

Site Manager Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Black Card preferred
  • Previous experience managing groundworks and plant room projects
  • Ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors, clients, and the wider project team
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure works are completed safely and to programme

Site Manager Duties:

  • Managing daily site activities
  • Coordinating subcontractors on site
